Soluna Coffee has opened at 22225 Elyson Falls Drive, Suite 500, in Katy's Elyson master-planned community.

The shop opened Sept. 20, Community Impact Newspaper reported. It occupies a 1,950-square-foot space with an estimated build-out cost of $200,000, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing. Navidad Retail Partners I LLC is the property owner of record.

Soluna Coffee uses organic, traceable coffee beans and local grass-fed milk, Community Impact reported. The autumn menu features a brown sugar cinnamon chai, pumpkin brown butter latte and bourbon maple oatmilk shaken espresso, among other drinks. A Tres Leches Latte is among the shop's signature offerings.

The owners are Elyson residents, according to a post on the community's Facebook page. Their names have not been made public.

Soluna Coffee is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The shop's Instagram account noted a new menu launch on Oct. 1.
