Two Katy-area teacher-coaches are investing $400,000 in a new indoor golf and entertainment lounge on Kingsland Boulevard, with plans to open Monday, Dec. 14.

Another Round Golf Lounge will occupy about 5,040 square feet at 25418 Kingsland Blvd., Suite 700, in the Kingsland Katy Plaza shopping center near Katy Mills. The lounge will feature five TrackMan golf simulator bays, the same technology used on the PGA Tour, where customers can book one- to four-hour sessions for practice rounds, virtual courses and league play.

A Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) project filing pegs the interior buildout at $400,000, with construction scheduled to run from Nov. 1 through Dec. 1, My Neighborhood News reported.

The founders, both Katy-area teacher-coaches, set out to pair golf simulators with a neighborhood bar atmosphere. The lounge will include a bar serving beverages and snacks alongside the simulator bays. It will also host organized leagues, memberships, private events and corporate gatherings.

The business posted on X on Oct. 4, showing the pre-buildout space at the Kingsland Boulevard location.

@anothergolfKT: "Before the bays. Before the bar. Before the first swing. This is the starting point for Another Round Golf Lounge in Katy — a planned five-bay TrackMan indoor golf lounge for practice, play, and connection."

The business's website lists founding memberships starting at $129 per month. Another Round will operate as a cashless facility, with reservations handled online.

The one-month construction window is tight. Founding-membership registration and league sign-ups are open at anotherroundgolflounge.com.
